The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) collaborated with Dilmah tea this week to provide Ceylon Tea to cricket fans arriving in the country to witness the England – Sri Lanka home series.
The counter which is maintained by the SLTPB at Bandaranaike International Airport featured a tea lounge where tourists had an opportunity to sample and sip Ceylon Tea at leisure. Tired and weary long haul travelers were treated to a soothing warm cup of tea. It has been recorded that nearly 10 000 fans had been served tea at this counter during the three days, from 4 th November up to 6 th November 2018.
