Staying true to its name, nestled deep in a 700acre wood amidst vast tea plantation is the Tree of Life, a true nature’s abode. The old wing of the property is over 116 years old and retains the grandeur of a colonial era. Set within 64 acres of beautifully landscaped and sculptured uplands, the Tree of Life spreads out 50 tastefully appointed three-storied villas, airy suits, comfy chalets and delux rooms. Each has its own private balconies overlooking lush vegetation.

The success behind Tree of life is its unique Ayurvedic treatments. With collaboration of Sri Lanka Ayurveda association, in 2008, Tree of Life Co. Limited in Japan incorporated a program to disseminate the Knowledge of Ayurveda among Japanese students. Tree of Life Nature Resort has already taken the lead and in the fore front to support the Wellness Tourism through Ayurveda.
